In the world of coffee fans, there are many people who have a rage to drink expensive and most expensive coffee. They also know that Civet Coffee or Kopi Luwak Coffee is the world’s most expensive coffee but many of them might not be aware that it is made from animal poop, animal feces. Yes, Poop Coffee is made from beans of coffee berries that have been eaten by Asian Palm Civet or Toddy Cat, native to Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Civets consumer coffee berries for its fleshy pulp. In its stomach, the beans are turned into shorter peptides, which have more free amino acid, which are then defecated out through the digestive system of Civet. The shape of the beans remains intact, which are then collected and sent for thorough washing, sun drying, roasting and finally for making the expensive Poop Coffee.
