So while reading the latest news, I come across this latest tidbit. Basically One of Canada’s Prime Minister’s ex advisors and currently a respected professor of political science at the University of Calgary, says Julian Assange should be assassinated. Tom Flanagan made the statment on Power Politics a CBC News show hosted by Evan Solomon The other night. He also added that U.S. President Barack Obama “should put out a contract and maybe use a drone”

Since when is it legal to publicly call the for the assassination of someone, especially when you do it on live tv and you are a respected public figure!  You can watch the actual video below to see and hear for yourself. If you do not know who Julian Assange is, he is the owner/founder of the website WikiLeaks and now since this whole fiasco he has gone into hiding for fear of his life.

I am sure you would do the same if you had people so closely connected to the government calling for your assination, what else could you do, make a police report? Think about it here for a moment, there is no way out when you have a public call to Assassinate you from such a person with such high governmental connections.

I wonder how fast I would be thrown behind bars if I called for the same thing against someone on live tv like that?
